Day 1
Bismillah
Im getting over weight . :(
but i can't stop this cycle
from 7 to 9
i have 3 meals and between that i had a lot lot of snack time
i cant find anything fascinating but eat!!
experts says that stress can make a false hunger
but i can't blame my stress
cos i think i did like eat much better than anything
Can't Imagine!!
but now i can't see the truth
Now and ever, i Promise to keep my mouth shut(literary)
stay awas from snack etc
I have to do this, for my self
